Return & Exchange Policy


  1. We offer 3 days hassle-free returns of defective items only from the date of delivery. 
  2. Please send proof of defect along with all relevant details to our WhatsApp number +91-9662169129 or email us at so we can get back to you for return approval.
  3. Once return request is approved, we will email you the return label which you need to print and stick it on the package before pickup is arranged.
  4. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  5. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  6. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
  7. You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a message on WhatsApp. All queries will be solved between Monday-Sunday, 11 am- 8 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 
  8. Cancellations/Changes in orders will only be possible for 2 hours after the order has been placed, once 2 hours window has passed, we will not be able to cancel or change the order as it would have been under process.



Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 



  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.


  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it’s not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not comply to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via WhatsApp +91-9662169129 with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive further instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
